President Benton speaks in Convo.

Frau Wuttke introduced President Benton as our convocation speaker this morning. In the introduction, she revealed that her 1983 yearbook for Oklahoma Christian College has a picture of President Benton.  We, of course, became curious of how both President Benton

 and Frau Wuttke looked like 30 years ago.

President Benton in 1983.  He still has the same hair cut.

Frau Wuttke in 1983.  She no longer has the same hair cut.

In his convocation speech, President Benton told the students, "You are already enough to make a difference in the lives of others in Heidelberg."

He also said, "Our lives are meant to be sung with others." He then asked our group to join him in singing the first stanza of "Amazing Grace."
