Prior to the arrival of the students, I laid out refrigerated sodas and ice. I had stocked up the ice cubes in batches over several days because I have small ice trays.
I had cooked Vietnamese chicken curry, which had chicken breasts and drumsticks, sweet potato, white potato, and carrots. Students could eat the chicken curry with black rice and/or slices of baguette.
I baked five trays of banana chocolate chip muffins. In this picture you see three of the five trays.
